Day Details

Walk through the main entrance and tell the Front Desk you are performing, and give them your name. Have your ID ready just in case they ask for it.

Show orders will be posted in two spots:

• The entrance to the Legendary Room, inside the VIP room
• The "Crush It" Hallway as you head to the stage

Cool Beans Producers will help you stay on top of your show order. Wait on the patio, out of the walkways, until the showcase before you has let out before heading into the VIP room, so we avoid crowding.

Once inside, please remain in the VIP room for the rest of the show unless you need the restroom or to step outside. Keep your voices down, we are in show mode.

Performers only. No one else is allowed in the VIP room, including:

• Past Cool Beans students
• Family & friends
• Parents

• Wait in the VIP room until it is your turn
• When you are on deck, sit in the chair next to the stage
• When the comic before you finishes, take the stage immediately
• Watch for the red light above the Tech Booth. It appears at 4 minutes, which means 1 minute left
• Wrap up on time. Going over cuts into your fellow comics' stage time
• After your set, head directly back to the VIP room quietly so the next comic can start

Keep walkways clear. Stay out of the servers' pathways in the hallways, it gets congested.

• Watching from the audience and need to leave early? Tell Front of House or a CBC staff member so we can seat you out of the camera zone
• If you must leave, leave in between sets. Wait for the performer to finish and go during the transition, for filming purposes

The more friends you bring, the warmer your audience will be. Keep inviting and keep posting, every seat filled makes the room electric. The Ice House expects us to fill the house, so let's pack it.
